The Past, the Present and the Future

A million years, I travelled;
Not looking back , always ahead I looked.
Constructing, Demolishing, but always a sight on what's it 'going to be'
Beautiful i told a few, ugly to many,
Excitement never lost, fear at times,
Thought i did, hoped, complained
Experience, never did,
The future never came!

What it must have been like?
The time when history was made,
Classicism, hard to be found,
Resources all the more difficult to be drawn,
Travelled i did, but reverse, a time when problems were hard to find
I lived my childhood again though, wanting to,
Never was the same though,
The past had passed me!

The present-it is!
