Scene 1: The private hospital. Ward(Room) number 654, 6th floor
The hospital and its doctors ignored his cries, he said to his wife. The wife nodded in agreement adding on how public health care had gone to the dogs. Continuing they also cribbed on how the hospital was said to be the best of best, at least in that part of the town. Followed was a bout of silence, when the husband with the broken left arm intently gazed upon his accident induced injury while the wife saw the view out of the window of the ward. Air conditioned, spotlessly clean the hospital, but the doctors are idiots she told herself. She prayed to god, whom she hadn't remembered after the connecting flight fiasco recently when they were visiting her parents. The prayers miraculously work, she comforted herself. Suddenly the two lost in their own thoughts were startled when the nurse barged in and inquired on his present state and she said, the doctor had too many patients today and she announced that the orthopedist will be there any moment in the room for a 3rd check to his room. The husband looked on, while the wife gave a disgruntled Okay! "Granites can be pretty slippery", the nurse said cheerfully. "There is another patient who slipped of the stairs and fell 4 flights, he too is the same age as yours, about 32 . Shouldn't take a more than a month to heal", she concluded looking at her pad. "Thankfully a month and I hope nothing serious" the husband part and part scared said. The doctor came in as he finished. "A small little fracture, you can go home the day after", said the doc! The anxiety continued.

"I got to go for work later tomorrow. It is important for me. Typing doesn't require two hands" he said to the government hospital tired looking nurse. "You are going to be alright, you can work starting today". "It will pain a little but what are painkillers for" giving the sample medicine to the patient. "Should not run on the roads, and you have a Calcium deficiency ", the nurse announced irritably and left the lounge. The anxiety continued.
